FREE UK Mainland delivery when you spend over £15.00

Wismec UK uses Evri to ship out small parcels, however if your order exceeds £300 we may contact you regarding the use of a designated courier service.

  • Evri Standard (24/72 Hours Delivery) £1.99
  • DPD Next Working Day Delivery (pre noon) £6.99 - This is only available on orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday (excludes Bank Holidays). Some parcels may be delivered on a Saturday but this cannot be guaranteed. This service is not available in Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Scotland.

Delivery not arrived

All Evri parcels will come with a tracking number enabling you to track your parcel at any time. If you have any issue after 72 hours please get in touch with our customer service team.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and remote parts of the UK may take longer, including; Scottish Lowlands, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Guernsey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly.

Delivery restrictions

Please note that due to country specific regulations and/or excessive shipping charges and/or excessive tax charges we no longer ship outside of the United Kingdom. Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man are not affected.

Returns

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming in writing via email to [email protected], if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.

Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (including delivery costs) plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective.

Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer's expense and should be sent via recorded delivery and adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer has a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the items. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods (including delivery charges, if any). If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the invoice/order number obtained from the Seller on the package.

Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

Please Note: We operate as an independent reseller of Eleaf/Joyetech/Wismec products through UK Vapour Brands Ltd. Our responsibilities are limited only to products purchased from our online store, and we are an independent legal entity from the manufacturer. If you did not purchase your item from this website please contact the store that you have purchased from for any claim under warranty or statutory consumer rights.
